With a vision to be caterers that cater to their clients, without clients catering to them via preset menus and pricing. The mission was to provide the finest food matched with impeccable service. Fruit of The Spirit Catering established itself as that distinctive caterer, while servicing the areas of Douglas, Paulding, Carroll and Fulton counties. The key to our success has largely been the ability to listen to our clients' needs and wants and matching that desire with the perfect style of service. The style of service much also match their budget, menu selection, age of attendance and much more. We strive to earn our clients' respect and build a lasting relationship that is based on exceeding their expectatins for their special event. Our staff has an array of talents; our Executive Chef has 31 years in food service industry. She has 18 years as an Executive Chef and recently graduated Cum Laude from the Art Institue of Atlanta with a degree in culinary arts. The office manager has planned family reunions and class reunions for more than 25 years while balancing books for a major corporation. Our back-of the house staff ranges from lead cooks with luxury hotel experience to back-house trainers from upscale restauranst. Our front-of-the house staff combines 19 years as banquet captains and servers.
We assist with special requests of additional service, saving our clients time and money. We work closely with local professional entertainment, event rental centers, and local bakeries. We even work directly with the vendors selected by our clients to help insure the success of the event.
